Sky Peace Yoga Inc. is a specialized yoga service based in Toronto, offering barrier free yoga, meditation, and affirmation sessions for individuals of all ages and abilities, but in particular older adults, dementia patients, and those with developmental and physical disabilities.
Founded and led by Sally (Saghi), a certified yoga instructor with a passion for helping people and changing lives, Sky Peace Yoga Inc. focuses on providing gentle adaptable yoga programs that emphasize deep breathing, range of motion, stretches, self-love affirmation, and laughter meditation.
Currently operating in long-term care homes, retirement homes, community programs, and in clients homes, Sky Peace Yoga serves clients where they are most comfortable in the Toronto, ON. area.
Sally is compassionate and nurturing yoga instructor with a true calling to help people and change lives.
Sally has been practicing yoga, mindfulness, and meditation for many years.
Four years ago she took a leap of faith and decided to make it her career.
She completed a 250-hour yoga teaching certification and Chair Yoga training and uses her education and caring, patient personality to bring the benefits of yoga to all individuals.
Sally believes in removing barriers and supporting her clients feel good about themselves as it brings peace and connection to their mind and body.

By repeating positive statements to yourself, you can reprogram your subconscious mind and change your beliefs and behaviours. Let us help you boost your self-esteem, overcome limiting beliefs, and achieve your goals.
Self-love is the unconditional acceptance of oneself. It encourages positive behaviour while reducing negative behaviour. Affirmations help us to take care of ourselves both physically and mentally. Self-love protects us from outside influences that might diminish our self-worth and self esteem.
Sally takes pride in teaching self-love during her yoga practice to help individuals love and accept who they are!
